Victoria (Vicki) A. Marquis
Cascade, Montana
Vicki has served as the only full-time staff (Coordinator) for the Missouri River Conservation Districts Council since July 2005. The Council is a coalition of the15 Conservation Districts along the Missouri River in Montana. In her role as coordinator, she ensures completion of all Council work plan projects, including specific projects in each of the four river reach areas in Montana. She works with members Conservation Districts to open discussions among land managers and review management plans in federally managed areas of the river corridor among many other duties. Vicki was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Reserve from March 1994 - April 2005. Prior to her present position with the Council, she worked for the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from Gonzaga University.
