Don "Skip" Meisner
State of Iowa
Don 'Skip' Meisner is owner of Meisner Management Services, LLC, located in Sioux City, Iowa. He was the long time Director of the Siouxland Interstate Metro Planning Council (SIMPCO). One of the many functions of SIMPCO included water resource funtions including policy issues, research, flood control and a variety of projects concerning the Missouri River. Meisner has a BS from Morningside College, an MA from the University of South Dakota and a Traffic Engineering Certificate from Northwestern University.
