Darrell (Curley) Youpee
Poplar, Montana
Darrell has served as Director of the Cultural Resources Department of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes since 1982. In this position he establishes collaborative relationships with non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, businesses, schools and individuals to enhance the quality and quantity of access to the arts, culture and sciences through community partnerships. Curley has co-developed many programmatic agreements with federal, state and tribal governments.
